Music Blog Spotlight: 52 Bands

A lot of music fans I know have resolved to listen to more new music this year. It’s one of those resolutions I like because it’s fun to do which is likely to make it stick. However, where does one find all this new music? The answer is 52 Bands.

Sammi’s cool blog features a new band every week of the year, so it’s guaranteed to unearth something you’re unfamiliar with. Some of the bands have a bit of a global profile while others are still looking for their big break.

The one thing they all have in common is Sammi’s seal of approval. She may be just 19, but this girl knows her music. She’ll take you through the band’s discography, key songs, tour dates, merchandise, and anything else she thinks you need to know. As an added bonus she also interviews many of the musos featured on 52 Bands. Too cool!
