Music Blog Spotlight: Hippie Sounds
This week I’m taking a closer look at one of my favourite blogs in the b5media music channel, Hippie Sounds. It doesn’t matter whether you remember the sixties or not. And let’s face it, if you were there you probably don’t, right? This fantastic blog is perfect for a nostalgia trip, or as an introduction to some of the most important sounds in musical history.
Your guide on this journey of musical discovery and rediscovery is Jennifer Chait, a full time writer and proud mum from the American Northwest. Despite taking care of Offbeat Homes and Tree Hugging Family, she still finds time to keep Hippie Sounds jam-packed with cool clips, news and views, and fascinating features. I particularly enjoyed her articles about vinyl which sing the praises of this outdated but cherished musical medium.
So mellow out and log on to Hippie Sounds. It’s a trip man.

Well.. kisses to you for the link love. I was just coming over to see what was new. And now, I see that what’s new is me! Go me. Although, I’d think this post was cool even if it was about someone else because you managed to seamlessly coordinate all those hippie phrases in one place. Very nice.
I don’t look like that girl though… Just in case any one’s thinking I do :)

*lol* You may not look like this cartoon girl but she’s incredibly cute ;-).
And I hope the shout-out brings some more traffic your way. You deserve it :-D!

I hope the shout outs works. I don’t track them as well as I should. I don’t know if they help other people much but I still do them.

Me too :-) I just write about what I believe in, and I believe in so many blogs here. Whether they help or not, it’s still worth talking about!
