Whitesnake Touring Australia … Really?
I can’t believe I didn’t hear this news until now, but apparently Whitesnake are touring around the country in a couple of
weeks time. Back in the 80s these guys were packing out stadiums, but now we’re lucky enough to see them in some Australia’s most intimate venues.
It’s hard to top tracks like “Is This Love” and “Here I Go Again,” and there are few frontman that can match the charisma of David Coverdale.
But I had to laugh when I noticed the Aussie shows include a few “all ages” gigs. Exactly how many Whitesnake fans under the age of 18 are there? For all those young hair band lovers and the rest of us, here are the dates.
26 March 2008 - The Tivoli, Brisbane (18+)
28 March 2008 - Enmore Theatre, Sydney (licensed all ages)
20 March 2008 - Palace Theatre, Melbourne (18+)
31 March 2008 - Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide (licensed all ages)

Am I the only whitesnake fan in Australia?
Man!! I’m bitterly dissapointed I couldn’t make the concert in Brisbane.
Does anyone have some video clips of the show?
There seems to be nothing on the net at all.
Wake up you tasteless idiots!!!

*lol* I don’t think you’re the only one Brett. Hopefully the crowd reaction was good enough that they might head back this way again. Not sure about the videos … if there’s anything around it’ll end up on YouTube, but it’d depend how the security was on the night.
